I ran at Riverfest and set a new personal record in a 10K for myself.
Our dear friends the Bastians left and moved to Las Vegas for their first post-school job, leaving Lucas and I slightly depressed.

The little buddies. Lucas bawled when the moving truck pulled away. He askes about Raegan all the time. We can't wait until we get to see them again.
My little boys have been learning to play together and not fight, which is quite an adventure for us all.
James has started to crawl, and that is always makes life a bit more fun.

horray for running your best 10k. you are such a stud. i need to get into better shape! maybe once we settle down in co! it is always sad to leave good friends or have them move away. we are having to say goodbye to cambridge and all of our buddies here. it's not easy. anyways, we miss you guys! i can't believe how big the boys are getting.
Yay for your race! Your boys are so big and cute. James just isn't a little baby anymore. BTW we are expecting a baby in December. Not excited about dec, but we are glad isaac will have a sibling.
